Shipping Information

All orders are shipped within 24-48 hours of receiving payment , with the exception of Pre Orders and games that are out of stock. If you have not received an order within 7 days, please notify us by email at: sales@cityofgames.com.au

Items are shipped via the following methods:

We use Australia Post as a way of delivering our products to our customers. There are 4 methods of postage that we use.

1. Free Standard Postage- This option is to save on shipping costs to our customers. There is a delivery time frame of 1-7 working days however in metropolitan areas the delivery time is usually between 1-4 working days.

*Please note that there is no insurance offered for standard postage and City Of Games will not be liable for any lost items.  

2.The Second form of postage we use is  Registered Post- There is a $5.00 fee to post anywhere within Australia. There is a delivery time frame of 1-7 working days however in metropolitan areas the delivery time is usually between 1-4 working days. Registered Post is a secure way of receiving your products, in which a signature is required upon the arrival of your game and Insurance value of up to $100 is included if the item is damaged or lost. However if no one is home, no need to worry. A card will be left in your mailbox and you can simply go to Post Office and pick the game up from there. 

3. The Third form of postage we use is Express Post- There is a $6 fee to post anywhere within Australia. With Express Post, delivery time can be between 1-3 business days if you are in a Next Business Day. 4. The Fourth form of postage is Express Post/W Insurance- There is a fee of $11 to post anywhere within Australia.
