Returns and Refunds

Consumer Guarantees :

Under the Australian Consumer Law, our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded. If a product experiences a major failure, you are entitled to a replacement or refund. For issues that do not constitute a major failure, you are entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced.

 

Change of Mind Returns :

We accept change of mind returns within 3 days of receipt, provided the items are in their original condition, unopened, and unused. The cost of return shipping for change of mind returns is the responsibility of the customer.

 

Faulty Products :

If a product is faulty, not as described, or unfit for purpose, please contact us immediately. We will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund in accordance with your rights under the ACL.
